- Logic Model Overview from the UW-Extension Program Development and Evaluation Office. The logic model they depict "displays the sequence of actions that describe what the program is and will do – how investments link to results." (For Case Part One select from among the blank worksheet formats on the bottom of the linked page.)
- Download W.K. Kellogg Foundation Logic Model Development Guide - This guide (PDF) was developed to provide practical assistance to programs aiming to demonstrate the effectiveness of their program activities by initiating and completing outcome-oriented evaluation of projects. The focus of the guide is an orientation to the underlying principles of "logic modeling" to use this tool to enhance program planning, implementation, and dissemination activities. Chapter One is especially helpful.
